We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Dolan Scrubs, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your scrubs in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
